Great article on meditation and how the process and practice of it may be more important than the results. It’s human nature for us to place expectations on things, and when those aren’t met we can often become a little bothered. This article helped reveal to me that it’s more about being ok with what happens per se then trying so hard to change what happens. Not saying that we don’t try to effect change of course. Thanks again!

Long time reader, first time poster. I’m getting married in 2 weeks and you might say I’m getting cold feet.
I read your article on marriage and it helped me with my garden. Tomatoes don’t turn red over night, and multiple failures gardening have helped me hone my tomato planting skills. But my marriage is in shambles. I mean, how many compromises do I have to make before I feel as if I’m giving up on who I am as person? Maybe it is THEM and not ME! I feel as if the toilet is clogged and not matter how many times I flush… my floor is just getting soaked in waste!
