The Happiest Man in the World is a blog for those that know that happiness is within their grasp, and it’s up to them to reach out and grab it. I decided to write this because I realized that in some way or another, finding happiness is what motivates us all, but we all tend to frame it differently.

If you’re tired of riding the treadmill with the promise that happiness is right around the corner, but always just out of reach, then I think together we can get off that treadmill and actually grab hold of that happiness.

I’m not a psychologist, I’m not a neuroscientist, I’m not a philosopher. I’m just an ordinary guy that asks a lot of question and whose goal in life is to be happy. And for those around me to be happy.

So, what qualifies me to tell you how to be happy? Nothing. Except that I spend a lot of my time thinking about my own happiness. How I got here, how I can stay here, and how I can help others get here. In the process, I’ve done a lot of reading, a lot of research and a lot of work. The Happiest Man in the World is where I share that with you, because I figure instead of you starting from scratch in your own quest, you can maybe use some of what I’ve done as an example.

Are you in? Great.

Here’s a few places you can get started:

The story of how The Happiest Man in the World came to be.

The convoluted definition of happiness.

The roadmap to happiness through fulfillment of our five basic needs.
